Act! Premium v25 was released in June 2023 and was the first version to have a delayed release of the Web version of the product. Well, we're pleased to report that delay will end in mid-September with the release of Act! Premium 25.1. Current Act! Premium Cloud customers had their databases updated to v25, but were being published with a patched version of Act! Premium for Web 24.1.
For most APC users this distinction was inconsequential, and most carried on their business without noticing the disparity. The fact is Act! needed a bit more time to introduce many enhancements to the product before it was rolled out to Web users.

These updates will also include critical bug fixes, general UI enhancements, and usability enhancements.
New Outlook Integration Coming Soon
In November Act! also expects to introduce a new Outlook integration that will provide improved functionality and work with email clients like connect to Gmail, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office365, Outlook.com, Yahoo Mail, iCloud, and IMAP through a standard and integrated process similar to OAuth. As most users are aware, the current Outlook integration for Web requires the download and installation of a plugin, which can be difficult o administer for larger setups. This new integration has already been implemented with other Act! product lines, and has proven to be effective.
