This purchase agreement, the Act! End User License Agreement and the attached Terms & Conditions below (collectively, Agreement) govern your participation in the Keystroke Act! Hosted program. If you have completed the Keystroke Act! Onboarding form, you have acknowledged and accepted the following terms & conditions.
Please review Act! Hosting Terms & Conditions for selecting a hosting package or uploading your database to us.
Go to SHOPPING CART and purchase hosting selection, or accept a quotation from us, if one was provided.
Please allow extra time in cases of larger databases.
Depending on the size and complexity of your database, and the time of day you complete the onboarding process, it typically takes 24-hours to complete the setup.
Please note the software installation, database restores, and configuration on customer computers are NOT included with your hosting fees, unless you purchased support with your hosting package. We offer one-third off all support plans bundled with support.
