- Self-serve password management: Link2portal allows you to select a field to store the login passwords in Act!, but it encrypts the password for additional safety. If a customer forgets they password, you can easily reset it themselves.
- Have them send you forms, images, or documents: Link2portal allows customers to login and upload items that get stored directly under the contact record history. Great for uploading signeded contracts, pictures related to insurance claims, or even applications.
- Linktivity Integration: provide access to your online booking link, web forms, and surveys from Linktivity inside Link2portal, and pre-populate them with the login user's data
- Update login activity: Link2portal allows you to create a field in Act! that will be updated with the last login date, so you always know who's using the portal, and who isn't.
