We’re thrilled to announce that Act! Advantage is now fully available in Canadian French! As of July 30th, the release of update APC25_13 introduced a host of new features and fixes—along with a fully localized experience tailored for our French Canadian users.
The new Act! Advantage represents the most significant feature enhancement in the product's near 40-year history. Act! Advantage isn’t just a new CRM — it’s a complete small business ecosystem to power your marketing, sales, and productivity, all for less than a small coffee a day. It includes a full-featured CRM with eMarketing and mobile access (iOS & Android), plus online appointment scheduling, modern quoting tools, integrated web forms and surveys, real-time chat, and much more.
What This Means for You:
- Act! Premium Cloud customers hosted on French Canadian servers can now opt into any of the three Act! Advantage tiers at their next renewal.
- Want to upgrade sooner? You can choose to migrate early to the Professional or Ultimate tiers.
- Please note: If you currently benefit from special pricing or entitlements under APC, these will not carry over to Act! Advantage. We strongly recommend consulting with an Act! Consultant to understand the full cost and implications before making the switch.
Using a Legacy Product? Customers on Act! Premium or Act! Growth Suite can request a personalized quote for migration at any time.
Important Note: The Project Management and Portal modules are not yet available in French. These components will be localized in a future update.
