Starting April 1^st Act! will be provisioning all renewing Act! Premium subscriptions with a free Act! Marketing Automation Basic account to help them grow their business. AMA Basic is a new entry-level tier of AMA similar in features to Growth Suite Starter introduced in 2019.

With the recent sunsetting of Act! eMarketing (AEM) program at the end of 2020, customers were requesting a simpler, more economical emarketing solution, and Act! delivered with AMA Basic.

Act! Marketing Automation Basic will include the following features:

• Drag-and-drop Template Editor
• Email Template Library
• Email-only campaigns (linear workflow)
• Basic Metrics
• 2500 monthly sends (upgradable to 10K)

For those needing a higher monthly send limit, additional blocks of 2500 can be purchased for only $15/month a block, up to a total of 10,000 per month. In other words, if a renewing Act! Premium subscriber after April 1^st, wanted to utilize the free AMA Basic and increase their sends to 10K, it would only cost them a total of $45/month for the upgrade.

Subscribers currently on an Act! Growth Suite plan (on-premise or cloud) will retain all features & benefits of that plan, including their current tier of Act! Marketing Automation (Professional, Premier, and Ultimate). Premium subscribers automatically receiving AMA Basic with their renewal may also upgrade to higher paid tiers of AMA, namely Select, Complete, or Advanced, at any time during the term of their subscription.

For those currently using AMA as an add-on or part of Act! Growth Suite, AMA Basic does NOT include the following features of the paid versions of AMA:

• Campaign Template Library
• Workflow Decision and activities
• WYSIWYG HTML Editor
• Landing Pages
• Asset Tracking, and and more
