Occasionally, customers exceed their email sending limits and in future releases, we will include messaging within AMA, to alert customers when this occurs and provide self-serve options for them to instantly upgrade their packages. In the meantime, in cases where these overages are linked to an Act! Consultant, Swiftpage Account Managers will be reaching out to the corresponding ACCs to let them know which of their customers might require package upgrades.
In these cases, one of our sales or admin staff will contact these customers to explain their upgrade options.

If you're still using Act! Emarketing (AEM), please remember that is scheduled to be discontinued on December 31st of this year.
