As a part of this evolution, Swiftpage email marketing and marketing automation focus moving forward will be centered around this new platform. As a result, Swiftpage emarketing (SPEM) will no longer be supported after March 31, 2019 and is scheduled for retirement on June 30, 2019. 

If you are actively using SPEM, it is important to note that you're emarketing templates and suppression lists cannot migrate over to AMA, and you should begin the process of copying any content to offline locations while you still have access to them. Moreover, you can call Swiftpage at 866-873-2006 and request and your Opt-out and suppression lists in Excel format. This will allow you to flag these recipients in your database so they don't receive email marketing from you with your next emarketing program. Keystroke recommends using our exclusive "Multi-search" tool found in our "Welcome Kit" that enables you to complete mass lookups in Act! from Excel lists.
