Act!'s integration with Google includes calendar, contact, and email integration.
It's been reported recently that many of our customers received email communications from Google stating that Act! will no longer be able to access data in their Google Account (including Gmail). These communications were sent to Act! users who have an existing authorization tokens for Google integration, which is created as part of the Google Calendar, Contact or Email synchronization features of Act!.
We wanted to follow up to let users know that Swiftpage efforts with Google have been successful and we have moved past the window of concern without impacting customers. They will continue working with Google to ensure that there are no future interruptions to our integration and will keep you apprised of updates.
Please alert Support if you encounter any further issue.
