Starting in May, Keystroke will begin hosting monthly virtual Town Halls every third Thursday featuring two of the most prominent Act! experts in North America, namely Michael Kadlub (Keystroke support manager) and Billy Clark (Senior support rep & AMA specialist). The hosts will, of course, observe appropriate physical distancing during the broadcast, seeing as they live approximately 3500 miles apart (Cleveland and Scottsdale).
FIRST TOWN HALL IS THURSDAY, MAY 12ST, 3PM-4PM EDT
The purpose of these town halls is to offer our customers the opportunity to ask any Act! or AMA related questions that interest them, with an eye towards CRM best practices, time-saving tips, landmines to avoid, and general how-to’s.
Questions can be submitted by webform at the bottom of this blog, or live in our chat window during the broadcast. Our moderators will distill the submissions and pass onto our experts the questions they feel have the broadest appeal (it should be noted these are not to be treated as support sessions, and our experts will not be remoting into anyone’s computers during the broadcast to troubleshoot). Billy and Michael’s responses will be offered both verbally and in screen sharing sessions where demonstrations are required. Ad hoc questions submitted live during the presentation may be queued for future town halls if preparation or research is required.
A little about our hosts:
- Michael Kadlub joined Keystroke in January 2016 as our support manager, having worked as the senior Act! Consultant at one of our larger competitors for 8+ years. Having been Act! Certified since 1997, Michael is based in Cleveland, is a rabid Cavalier, Indian, and Brown's fan.
- Billy Clark, based in Scottsdale, worked at Swiftpage for 8-years as a senior support analyst and was typically the person all technical issues escalated to. In late 2018 Swiftpage acquired Kuvana, later to be known as Act! Marketing Automation, and Billy quickly became one of the top specialists in this subject.
The town halls will each be 1-hour in length and will continue for as long as there is sustained interest in hosting them from our clients. If you're having an urgent support issue, please email
