As the saying goes, there are two currencies in life; time and money.

This month we've decided to focus on time instead of money, as we're offering free setup assistance on all add-on product purchases in July of $50 or more. Traditionally we offer 20-25% discount on select products, but this month we thought it better to offer setup assistance in place of a discount.

Setup assistance allows us to remote in and do the initial setup of the software to ensure it's working as expected. It doesn't include customization or personalization of any kind, nor does it offer product training or ongoing support. What it does guarantee is the customer will have a working add-on product right away. 

As you might guess, setup assistance does come with some conditions:

• The Customer must be ready with all account, licensing, and other details required for activation and setup
• Each eligible product must be $50 or more, not a total $50 or more.
• Keystroke is NOT responsible for updating your computer to prepare it for the installation of this software, as proper computer & Windows maintenance is the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Service may not exceed 45-minutes and "setup assistance" does not imply ongoing warranty assistance with this product.
• Anyone purchasing setup assistance during July will NOT receive a refund as we're displaying this promotion on our homepage, our shopping cart, and the monthly promo section.
