The term "value-added reseller" (VAR) has unfortunately lost some of its meaning due to overuse. Many small businesses label themselves as VARs simply because they resell products, without truly adding value or providing benefits to the customer. Being a VAR shouldn't be seen as a badge of honor, but rather as a responsibility.

We've been a VAR for Act! since 2007, and over the past 18 years, we've dedicated ourselves to enhancing our customers' Act! experience. We've developed over one hundred add-ons, introduced custom tables to Act!, and significantly improved the Web API ecosystem with products like the Linktivity Suite, Handheld Contact API, the Quick products, Act4mail, and our soon-to-be-released Day-Minder.

So, what is Day-Minder? It's a free service launching exclusively for our Orange Care customers in February. It is designed to boost their productivity and keep them informed every day. Our business mantra is to make your goals actionable, and we believe Day-Minder will help achieve this daily.
