Change to Obsolescence Date of v24:  The Obsolescence date for Act! v24 (Pro/Premium/Growth Suite) is being extended to 7/31/24. Previously the obsolescence date for this version was 11/30/23.  This change will ensure there is more than one supported version of Act! in market for some time following the Q2 launch of Act! v25. 

As a reminder, the Act! v23 Obsolescence date is 7/31/23, and there are no planned changes to that date since it was already pushed from it's original sunset date of 11/30/2022.  Read more at www.act.com/obs.

Response-Driven Nurture Marketing: is now available in the AMA Select tier.  This enhancement makes AMA Select a true automation platform in that AMA Select subscribers can now implement decision trees that trigger outbound actions such as emails and SMS based on results.  Formerly, this feature was only available in the Complete and Advanced tiers of AMA.

• EXTENDED! - License Migration  / Subscription Winback Promotion: $380/yr for Pro & Premium perpetual license holders & former subscribers (6+ months must have elapsed since the expiry of a subscription for past subscribers to be eligible)
• 25% off paid AMA tiers: The discount is applied to the remainder of the subscription term if it is before the renewal date, or the full year of subscription if done on the renewal date. This change is an excellent opportunity to allow customers to test the upgraded features of a higher tier for a short period of time, and at a discount, to determine if it's right for them at renewal. Also useful for planning bigger campaigns around this time period since higher tiers include large send limits.
