As we enter 2024, Act! LLC has revised its BPAC or business partner advisory counsel based on the 2023 sales and retention performance. They have decided to concentrate their resources on working with fewer ACCs. For 2024, they will collaborate with 5 strategic partners who will provide them with feedback and alignment. These ACCs have shown remarkable commitment to Act!, impressive sales growth through their own sales and marketing efforts, and outstanding customer service with high renewal rates among all ACCs. Moreover, they are all migrating many desktop customers to Act! Premium Cloud.

These ACCs are Act Today (Josh Noonan), Action Platinum (Deb Boyle), Keystroke (Ken Quigley), TendenZ (Peter Pennings) and Solutions for CRM and Accounting (Will Ingleby). These partners will have a close relationship with our product team to explore opportunities for product development cooperation. They will also contribute to more business aspects, such as pricing, promos and feedback on our marketing.

Recently they participated in a Strategic Partner Conference from January 30th - February 2nd hosted at the Act! LLC head office in Scottsdale, Arizona.
