As part of Act! LLC's new laser focus on Act! Premium Cloud, the Act! 365* product will be discontinued on April 1, 2024. Monthly accounts will continue to auto-renew monthly through February 29, 2024, and will be terminated upon their March 2024 renewal date. Annual accounts auto-renewed through May 31, 2023, but after this date, all annual accounts will be terminated over the subsequent 12 months on their renewal date, or refunded a pro-rated amount for pre-paid subscription time remaining post April 1, 2024.
Notifications will be sent to the email address on record in advance of the termination date. Contact data can be retained before the termination date by exporting to Excel. If you require data from any other section, please raise a support case.
