All TopSuite products feature a one-time cost, with no recurring fees whatsoever. While no software product can guarantee future compatibility, Keystroke does offer a 90-day upgrade warranty if a customer purchases a perpetual license product, and then upgrades to a new version of Act! in the next 90-days that is not compatible with their purchase and renders the add-ons inoperable.
