1. Automatic Limited Access to Contacts
Managing contact access just got easier! With this new feature, you can automatically set limited access to contacts based on predefined filters. This means you can ensure that only the right team members can access specific contacts, streamlining your workflow and enhancing data security.
An example might be all new contacts from a specific geographic territory, which can be automatically assigned to a particular sales rep on your team. The new Knowtifier can check the database each morning or night for new contacts meeting that location criteria and update their access permissions and record manager accordingly. This process streamlines the database and enhances security by limiting the contact access to those users entitled to work with them,
2. New Database Report Types
Visibility into your team’s activities is crucial for effective management. Knowtifier now offers a range of new database report types to keep you informed:
- User Login Activity: Track your users' last login dates to monitor engagement and identify potential issues.
- History Report (List): View history records created in the last X number of days, helping you keep track of past interactions and activities.
- Opportunity Report (List): See all opportunity records created in the last X number of days, giving you insights into your sales pipeline.
- Activity Report (List): Monitor activities created in the last X number of days to stay on top of your team’s tasks and deadlines.
These updates are available for both the API and SDK versions of Knowtifier, ensuring you can take advantage of these new features regardless of your database setup - on-premise or in the Cloud.
