Link2chat seamlessly integrates with Act!, identifying our visitors, recording chat logs directly into your contact history and automatically scheduling follow-ups when necessary. This integration helps us gauge your feedback more reliably, allowing us to understand what we are doing well and identify areas for improvement.
Like many of our Linktivity products, Link2chat is available in both Standard and Team tiers, with Standard supporting a single agent, channel (read websites), and category (departments like tech support, admin, accounting, etc.) for only $5/month. Conversely, the Team tier would support multiple agents, channels , and categories for only $10/month, per user.
