As the same implies, Act4outlook is a terrific Actcessory for improving the integration between Act! & Outlook. However, as great as it is, today it just got a little bit better.
Previously, Act4outlook improved Outlook History recording in Act!, and allowed users to send one or more Outlook Contacts or Calendar items to Act! with a right-click of the mouse. What it didn't do was allow you to transfer Outlook To-Do's into Act! as Tasks, providing users the ability to type up an endless lists of tasks on their phone or tablet under "Reminders" (in IOS), and send the business ones to Act! for follow-up.
That was until now.
We're pleased to announce that we've added a right-click feature to Act4outlook that allows users to select one or more Tasks in their Outlook To-Do lists, and then transfer them to Act! under their user account as timeless activities. This functionality largely replaces the features of Act! ScratchPad, but enables access from all mobile devices - just where users need them.
This is a free upgrade for all those that have purchased Act4outlook previously. Simply download and install overtop of your existing version, and your software will be updated (remember to close Act! and Outlook before doing so). For those who wish to purchase Act4outlook, they'll get this extra feature at the same price as it has always cost - a one time fee of $29.95 USD per installtion.
