TorontoIn the globalization of the 21st Century, why is local important? Businesses can do optimization, software, hosting and more from anywhere in the world, why do Canadian companies need to use a company based in Toronto, or any other part of Canada?

Six Reasons that your CRM software provider should be relatively local:

    1. With more and more customer interactions, advertising and purchasing coming from mobile searches, mobile optimized sites and apps, it pays to have resources focused on Canadian mobile carriers. 

 

    1. Geographic purchasing habits affect marketing needs. A south Florida company will have a different list of relative key words (snow birds, for one), and even uses a different Google search page than a company in Toronto.

A company      handling your CRM needs in Lethbridge, AL will have much less capability to help bridge cross-cultural and international people groups found in Toronto, Vancouver, or around the world.

 

    1. Globalization. Although local companies have to compete for your CRM business with other companies across the globe, they have an advantage: they have been there and done that. An American advertising company specializing in exporting American goods to Asian companies may have no idea on how to help a Canadian company reach those same Asian markets.
