'Twas the night before year-end, when all through the office
Not a sales rep was stirring, not even their bosses;
The opportunities were closed with time to spare,
In hopes that new leads soon would be there;

Customers were nestled all snug in their beds
While visions of dollar signs danced in their heads;
And the Act! team in orange stockings and developers in caps,
Had no time to spare for long winter's naps;

For out in Arizona, a new version was brewing,
And customers sprang out of bed to see what was stewing;
Away to the their computers, they rose from their slumber,
Opened their phones and dialed the number;

The new version of Act!, like the fresh-fallen snow,
Gave a modern, new look providing luster and glow;
When what to their wondering eyes did appear,
But new Insight dashboards and enhancements so dear;

They knew in a moment this must be v20,
With so many improved features it's not even funny;
More bells and more whistles with which they came,
And they cheered, and shouted, and called them by name:

"Now, Contacts! Now Groups! Now Reports and Opportunities!
On Companion! On Alexa, On Insight and Companies!
To the top of the Call List! To the top of it all!
Now sell away, sell away, sell away all!"

And then in a twinkling, they heard a faint ding,
The sound of an update St. Nick was to bring;
As they drew in their heads, and were turning around,
Down the chimney he came with a bound;

A bundle of laptops he carried in his sack,
Complete with Windows® 10 software already packed;
And they laughed when they saw him, in spite of themselves,
And reveled in their good fortune, sent from the elves;

For the customers knew without question or worry,
That their version of Act! worked in a hurry;
St. Nick gave a wink and a twist of his head,
And knew that the customers had nothing to dread;

For with v20, compatibility came,
And an active subscription won them the game;
He sprang to his sleigh, his work had been done,
Customers knew it was their turn for fun;

And they heard him exclaim as he drove out of sight—
"Happy selling to all, and to all a good night!"
