Learning a CRM can be tough.

Even when a program like Act! is easy to use, it's hard to know what to know. This can include mail merges, mapping, email integration, reporting, you name it. This is why Act! has published an extensive library of training videos to help with this learning process. These videos are divided into different categories, and include 7+ hours of training videos, each ranging from 3-7 minutes in length.

This rich online training resource is divided into three main libraries:act logo

  1. Act! Premium Library
  2. Act! Marketing Automation Library
  3. Act! Premium Cloud Library

Each library is further divided into different subject categories, allowing you to zero in on precisely the training areas of interest and need. All three have a "Getting Started" category with 5-10 separate high-level videos in each and then break down the libraries into more granular categories like groups, companies, opportunities, etc.. Most of these videos are presented by Brent Milner of Act!, who is an excellent trainer that has been with Act! for 10+ years. 

In addition to these libraries, Act! also hosts monthly focussed training webinars that are deeper dives into specific subject areas, and tend to be 45-60 minutes in length. The recordings of this webinar series can be found HERE, and generally include notice of at least one upcoming webinar. Recent webinars covered AMA Basic, Email Deliverability, Data management & Security, Customization Tips, Advanced AMA, and much, much more. None of these videos tries to be all things to all people, and are focused and in-depth enough to get new users started quickly and confidently.

One other Act! training resource of note is their Learning Center, which takes a wider angle view of training subjects like SEO, customer retention, lead generation, and more. This page includes resources of all media types, including articles, guides, videos, webinars, worksheets, and templates, and you can filter searches by CRM, Marketing Automation, SMB, Journey, Marketing, and Sales.

And for additional help those looking for troubleshooting tips are specific knowledgebase articles on Act!, they also have https://help.act.com available with a wide variety of support subjects.
