It's the first of the month, and a few Act! Marketing Automation users are likely waking up to their email send quotas being reset. Each tier of AMA has different send limits, and active campaigns that attempt to send further emails will be placed into a hold status. To release from hold, you will need to upgrade your tier, purchase additional sends, or wait until the beginning of the month.
On the first day of each month, those send limits get reset, allowing the users to release emails from past campaigns that were held by Act! for being over quota. If you're one of those users in this situation and would like to release these emails so your campaigns can continue, please follow these easy steps:
- Go into AMA and drill into the campaign in question, and select the appropriate email step
- Then select Manage Subscribers and click Go.
- In the action menu you will see Release Hold.
