We are pleased to announce that Act! v23 Update 5 was released today, Monday, August 23rd.
This update resolves the issue created by a Microsoft Windows update which caused mail merge emails sent from Act! v23 Desktop to get stuck in Outlook’s Drafts folder. Applying Update 5 enables Outlook to send emails as expected. The Keystroke support team has verified this patch as effective, and recommend anyone affected by this issue to apply it immediately.
Please note that applying this hotfix will not affect synching as it is not schema breaking and can function in a mixed environment of users with Act! v23 using different updates.
