Since we acquired the three Topline add-ons a few weeks back, there have been many concerned calls and emails from past Topline customers looking to get more licensing. As most who have been following these developments are aware, we've recompiled all three add-on products, Designer, Dash, and Alerts, and posted them on our site for sale. And while we cannot support the legacy versions of each of these products due to the deprecation of the old Topline licensing server, we want to offer upgrade discounts for those customers looking to purchase new versions.

To that end, this morning we published our new Upgrade Eligibility page that can convert customers past license keys into 30% discounts towards new licensing. It can be found as large black button on our homepage above the Keystroke Client Tools, or simply using the link above. Here's how it works.

1. Visit Topline Upgrade
2. Select the product you're upgrading from the dropdown list on the left
3. Paste your license key into the blank field on the right
4. Click the "Validate" button
5. if a matching license is found, it will display the number of seats involved, and the discounted price you're entitled to.
6. The field at the bottom is where you indicate how many licenses you wish to purchase (it does not have to match the total you were previously licensed for)
7. Click "Purchase Upgrade" button and complete the checkout process with your discount.

There are a few things to note about our eligibility server before using it to purchase upgrade products.

The first is a key can only be used once. We allow people to purchase whatever quantity at a discount they wish, even if it far exceeds their original licensing, but once a key is used it cannot be redeemed again. The second is the discount is locked to the corresponding product version. In other words, you cannot use a key for the "personal" version of Topline Dash to get a discount on the Manager version. Similarly, licenses for more expensive variants cannot be redeemed for discounts on cheaper ones. Resellers who login will see their wholesale rate and the upgrade discounts combined during the checkout process. No other discounts or promo codes can be applied towards purchasing these products.
