In 2014, we introduced our popular VIP support plans, and since then, we've added several new tiers called VIP +, VIP Diamond, and finally VIP Diamond Plus. The difference between the support levels was either the quantity or the quality of service.
When we introduced Orange Care in mid-2016, we chose to offer a single level of service, so customers were left to choose between Orange Care or VIP for their technical support needs. As the popularity of Orange Care grew over the following years, we decided to introduce a new level of Orange Care called ‘’Orange care Plus".
Instead of offering you a quality or quantity upgrade, we have chosen to bundle up with other product, custom tables.
Over the summer, we had time to review many of our internal processes and programs, and we made the decision that Orange Care and Orange Care Plus should be separated by quality or quantity of service, so we added both.
Effective immediately, we are discontinuing all product bundles formerly included with Orange Care Plus and adding VIP support service in its place. We think our customers will love the mixed Support Offering. This is how it will work:
Orange Care
One year of level 1 and 2 phone support (up to 30 minutes per subscriber / per day), including our commitment to success for upgrades and installation, support for third-party add-ons, as well as unlimited support by email.
Orange Care Plus
Same support coverage as our regular Orange Care plans, PLUS one hour of VIP support per user, per year. Orange Care Plus customers will have complete peace of mind with support for breakdowns and repairs, plus VIP time for customization and project work (including consulting, database design, import/export data, add-on configuration, etc.).
Nice and simple, right? For example, a team of six users would pay $60 more per user/year (a total of $360) and get a combined VIP time of six hours that they could use for their database needs; customization of models, data manipulation, import/export data, etc.
Now compare it to the normal cost of buying six hours of VIP time. Purchased separately, this VIP time would cost over $500, but when included with Orange Care Plus, the same would only cost $360. In other words, Orange Care Plus subscribers pay only $60/hr for some of the best support services for Act!, offered by the #1 Act! Reseller in the world.
