• Act4mail Subscription  - Value: $40/user/year
  Act4mail is an add-on for Act! that enhances Outlook integration, especially for users of Act! Premium Cloud. Here are some key features:

  • Email History Recording: Automatically attaches sent and received emails to the corresponding Act! contact records.
  • Contact and Task Syncing: You can send Outlook contacts and tasks to Act! with ease.
  • Mail Merge: Includes MailMerge4act for creating and sending personalized HTML emails.
  • Two-Way Calendar Syncing: Syncs activities between Act! and Outlook calendars.

  This integration aims to streamline workflows and improve productivity for Act! users. 

•  Day-Minder and Day-Minder Signature - Combined Value: $60/user/year
  Day-Minder is a new service that sends a Day-Minder email morning with a summary of that day's scheduled appointments, timeless tasks, expiring Opportunities, and annual events (birthdays and anniversaries), as well as an inspiring quote.
  Day-Minder Signature allows users to create a hyperlink that adds their contact information to a visitor's Outlook Address book. Imagine adding a hyperlink to your email signature that adds your contact details to your prospect's addressbook with a single click. The contact details are synced from your My Record in Act!.

• Mobile Care: Value: $60-120/user/year
  With thousands of Handheld Contact subscribers, we get regular requests for support with sync issues or setup on new devices. Customers with Mobile Care get hands-on support for $60 with their subscription or $120 when paid separately. As the owners of Handheld Contact, we offer Mobile Care free with your Orange Care subscription.
