We are pleased to announce that Keystroke has reached an agreement with Topline Results to purchase all their Act! add-ons, namely Designer, Dash, and Alerts. Topline Results was one of the original leaders in producing Act! add-ons, and we’re proud to add the following powerful products to our customer offerings. 

• Dash: Powerful and highly flexible, Dash is the easy-to-use real-time reporting tool for Act!. Choose from Personal or Manager editions to view data for yourself or for all of your Act! users on one screen within the Act! application. Monitor sales performance, build exception reports and uncover opportunities.
• Designer: Expand the functionality of Act! with custom tables for tracking customer service, support, projects, manufacturing and more. Designer includes templates for industries such as real estate, healthcare and financial management along with general management solutions such as contracts, equipment and event planning.
• Alerts: Alerts is a notification program for Act!, monitoring activities and opportunities in your database and sending customized email notifications based on pre-set triggers. Only one license of TopLine Alerts is needed to alert every user in the master database, and can automate the report process, saving you time and administrative resources.

While more information will be released in the coming weeks, we wanted to share this exciting news with our customers, and convey our commitment to each of these products. 

Topline Results Activation Server
The TopLine Results activation server will be kept online until the end of business of March 31st, to accommodate those customers & resellers who recently purchased TopLine add-ons and those planning to re-install them from prior purchases. Please use the rest of this month to complete whatever activation or re-activations are required because we cannot provide free product substitutions after March 31st, 2021. Past TopLine customers, with current installations of their add-ons, will continue to enjoy uninterrupted use of these products. Customers attempting to activate their license(s) from April forward will need to purchase an upgraded license to do so.

 

To support Topline's legacy customers looking for upgraded or replacement licensing of these products, we intend to launch an online database in April or May where past users can enter their license keys to verify upgrade eligibility, which will include a discount off the purchase price.

 

New Versions
We intend to recompile all these add-ons with our own installers this month, and employ them with the Keystroke licensing system moving forward. These will go live on our e-store effective April 1st, 2021. Branding for these products shall be Keystroke Designer ($99.95), Keystroke Dash ($79.95 for personal & $149.95 for Manager), and Keystroke Alerts ($149.95 Professional, $299.95 Enterprise, and $49.95 Backup), plus their related variants listed in parenthesis.

As part of the "buy more, save more" feature of our e-store, each of these products have been configured as "related", meaning when you select one you can get instantly 10% off any of the other products you bundle with that purchase.
