This year has been one of the toughest for growing our revenue since we started our Act! journey in 2007. A decade ago, our slower growth brought stress and existential dread about our business. However, now that we’ve been profitable for a while, we have the strength and time to explore new ways to create something our customers (and the Act! market at large) are excited to pay for.
As we’ve branched out and built new things (like Link2projects), the biggest takeaway isn’t the shiny new products but a renewed clarity on what we should be building and who we should be building for.
Moving into 2025, Keystroke will evolve from being a product maker to a solution provider.
This commitment means prioritizing our current projects (namely our online chat and helpdesk service) and enhancing the features of our existing product line. As we develop these individual components and make them available for you, we’ll keep you updated as usual.
Many of you have asked us to move in this direction for years and may have felt your feedback was ignored. We’ve been listening and committed to building a Linktivity suite that covers the holy trinity of CRM features - namely sales, service, and marketing.
Now that we’re nearing the completion of this goal in October, we’re ready to focus on making each product a leader in its category and Act! CRM a winning solution for small business professionals.
