Beginning the week of January 8th and continuing throughout the month, APC users will begin to see exciting new enhancements to the Act! Calendar, specifically a refreshed, more modern interface that will make using the calendar more enjoyable, improve load times, and pave the way for new functionality in the future. 

In addition to visual enhancements, users will see the following functional calendar enhancements:

• The option to toggle calendar views between “24 hours” and “Show business hours”
• Right-click functionality to add activities to the calendar
• Right-click functionality to delete activities from the calendar
• Selecting “Today’s calendar” brings you to the daily view regardless of what calendar view was previously selected
• Activity icons have been replaced with new colour coding to improve page load times

Since the calendar is such an instrumental component within Act!, we will stagger the rollout of these enhancements to ensure the most positive experience for our customers. Here is a breakdown by region:

• January 8, 2024: Europe, UK, Australia, & New Zealand 
• January 11, 2024: Canada and 33% of US users
• January 15, 2024: The next 33% of US users
• January 18, 2024: Remaining US users
