This blog is to remind everyone that the Act! emarketing (AEM) feature in the current version of Act! will be retired on December 31, 2020. After this date, the service will no longer function.

Act! Marketing Automation is available to customers with an active Act! subscription, and can be added to your subscription on a prorated basis to be coterminous with your Act! subscription. Prices range from $79/month to $399/month, and costs are billed annually. Please note that unlike the soon to be deprecated AEM, AMA is billed on an account level, so you only need one subscription for your team. The two entry levels of AEM used to be on a per user basis, and had much lower send limits than AMA.

If you are currently on subscription but running an unsupported version of Act! (version 20.x or earlier), you are no longer eligible to receive critical fixes and enhancements that ensure Act! continues to run without issue. To avoid risk of disruption to your business, and to ensure your email marketing efforts are uninterrupted, we strongly recommend upgrading to the latest version via an Act! subscription.
