In March of this year Handheld Contact released “Handheld Contact API” for IOS users, and it changed how our customers viewed mobile access for Act!. Handheld Contact API delivered more updates of more data, faster, and across more devices than ever before, and all with no desktop software to install or configure.

Setup was simple and most users had all their data on their device within minutes. How did we do it? It’s simple, we built a product that synced directly to the database via the Act! WebAPI, and this provided us faster access to the data without needing middleware.
