The Keystroke VIP Plan gives you between 2 and 10 hours of advanced support, depending on the tier you choose. This time can be used across services like:

For more complex projects or advanced integrations, VIP Diamond takes things a step further. With 4 to 10 hours of Level 3 support, you can count on help with:

Plan Once a Year, Use All Year
Each VIP plan can only be purchased once per year, so choosing the right one from the start is key. All time must be used within 12 months, but if you renew on time, you can carry over any unused hours. You’ll also get a 10% renewal discount when you extend your plan before it expires.
Need both plans? No problem. You can purchase one VIP and one VIP Diamond plan per year, since each provides a different level of service. Additional hours can be purchased a la carte if needed — but at a higher rate.
