After Keystroke won three of the four fiscal quarters in 2014, it was announced Wednesday that we were the #1 reseller of ACT in North America for 2014. This was no small accomplishment, as the previous winner had held the crown for a number of years, often doubling most of their competition.

Make no mistake, this year was transformative for Keystroke. We added many new ACT consultants to our team, a full-time client care manager, two new sales reps, vaulted our hosting business into the top tier, and acquired a number of business along the way.

We finished the year strong by adding another full-time developer, and announcing that we had almost doubled our profit from the year before. Yes, 2014 was good for us, but we're determined to continue this trajectory with some exciting project development to be announced in Q1, and a new and improved training centre at our Toronto head office.
