Starting September 2017 Keystroke will be offering FREE monthly training classes to our Act! & Hosting Subscribers. There is no catch. We understand that the more people know the full power and capabilities of the Act! CRM program, the more they’ll use it in their business.

The format is simple. Each month we’ll pick a different subject, and one of our Act! Certified Premier Trainers will lead a 30-45 minute online class on that subject, and finish with roughly 15-minutes of Q&A. The classes will be recorded, and put on our private online training library for you to watch again and again.

Subjects will include Advance Queries, History/Notes Use, Master the Calendar, Opportunity Management, Working with Contacts & Companies, Shortcuts to save time using Act!, and so on. We’ll choose the subjects, but certainly welcome suggestions from our subscribers.

When we say there is no catch, we mean it. This will not be a forum to sell you products, services or addons, but simply an opportunity to enrichen each of our participants knowledge of Act!, so they get more out of it.

As the largest reseller of Act! in the world, we want our customers to enjoy some benefits of membership, and heading into the fall, we decided this new free training forum would be one of them.

To be clear, this is not meant to replace our successful Act! Training Units, but rather to supplement them. The ATU's help businesses provide ongoing introductory training to their new staff in Act! so they can make them productive faster. The free training is not a 2-hour introductory overview, but rather a 30-45 minute feature focus that will change each month.
