Keystroke is pleased to announce the addition of Greg Davis, formerly of Swiftpage, to our support department effective November 13th. Greg has extensive knowledge of the Act! product, and was a sales engineer at Swiftpage, frequently called to support the internal sales team and prepare training videos on Act!.
Greg worked for Swiftpage in a number of capacities for the past twelve years, and was adored by his co-workers and channel partners for his wealth of knowledge, attention to detail, patience, and eagerness to help. It was precisely those qualities that appealed to us in the capacity of technical support and deployment, where customers are eager to overcome technical obstacles to make their business more productive with Act!.
Greg will spend most of the next week immersed in learning our internal support and communication processes so that he can hit the ground running on Monday, November 13th.
