Introducing the Keystroke Contact Manager (KCM) – your desktop solution for seamless and flexible Act! CRM usage. Act! Premium Cloud has taken the Act! universe by storm, becoming the go-to choice for its speed, ease of deployment, affordability, security, flexibility, and regular updates. However, concerns about potential feature losses deter some existing users from making a full transition from the on-premise Act! version. Priced competitively at $360/user/year, APC offers substantial cost savings, but the additional $120/user/year for desktop sync can be a hurdle.
To address this, we proudly present the Keystroke Contact Manager (KCM). Leveraging the Handheld Contact API, KCM is a lightweight Windows client designed for desktop use, offering offline capabilities. Syncing seamlessly with APC, KCM empowers users to work offline while syncing essential data, serving as a valuable desktop counterpart to the Act! mobile app.

The following is a list of the Keystroke Contact Manager features:
- Quickly and easily look up one or more contacts by search field or keywords, and convert those lookups into a saved “list”.
- Customize columns in list view, and filter lookups by column headers. These list view column filters work with Contacts, Task List, Opportunities, and Groups.
- Read and add notes and history to any Contact or Opportunity.
- Segment Contacts into groups or lists.
- Schedule appointments for one or more contacts with ease, and clear completed activities.
- View and manage five different calendar types and a task list.
- Manage sales pipeline effectively, with filterable columns in list view.
- Email one or more contacts while recording History to the database.
- Batch edit contacts by scheduling them all for an activity, adding them to Favourites or to a Group, edit contact access, write an email, delete, or even add them to a “list”.

Orange Care Support Plan Details
- user totals are calculated by the number of Act! licenses for the account (named users)
- additional Act! licenses purchased mid-term will require an Orange Care top up that is prorated to end of the license Orange Care subscription term.
- OrangeCare subscriptions can be added to an existing Act! subscription, but the first year's Orange Care term cannot be less than one-year. At time of Act! renewal, a prorated Orange care charge can be applied to align with either your Act! subscription or hosting contract.
- With $120 MobileCare included at no extra charge, this is a value no Act! team can do without.
- Buy any of our Keystroke add-ons, and your Orange Care membership covers the installation and setup.
