In response to feedback from our Act! Certified Consultants (ACC's) about overwhelming instances of SPAM, we have decided to make the Act! Community Forum a channel-only tool at this time. Therefore, we are in the process of removing the Community Forum links from our www.act.com website.
ACCs will continue to have uninterrupted access to the Community Forum by clicking click Community.act.com, which will require a login. The Community is a well used forum amongst ACC's and users alike, with hundreds of thousands of post accumlated over the years, but this unfortunately requires a lot of moderation when contending with spam and bots. Keystroke recently had to disable our online forum for the same reason.
