Keystroke is pleased to welcome Shannon Hawthorne, of Essentials Software, to the Keystroke Sales Team. Shannon is a long time Act! Certified Consultant based out of Atlanta, Georgia, having gotten certified in the same class as our support manager, Michael Kadlub, back in 1998.
We got to know Shannon a few years ago when she joined our Keystroke Partner Program in 2019 as an independent reseller, during which time she demonstrated a strong technical knowledge of Act! and Act! Marketing Automation. It is the latter skillset that especially interested us given our focus on AMA as one of only five MaaS consultants in the world (Marketing as a Service).
Shannon is also a warm and friendly person, with a customer-centric approach, who will fit in with the team seamlessly.
After a week of orientation and QuoteWerks training, Shannon has started a call campaign to introduce our Act! subscriber customers to the Linktivity Suite of products, which fall nicely into her AMA experience with forms, surveys, and landing pages.
