Deployed: APC 25.1 - February 4, 2025
The Act! Premium Cloud 25.1 release is primarily focused on improving the responsiveness of the UI when navigating between main menu items. By reworking how pages load, the top and side navigation now remain static as users navigate around the application, rather than refreshing the whole page.
Changes and Enhancements
- Navigating around the product no longer causes the full window to reload.

This release enables Static Nav, meaning the left and top navigation bars now remain static when navigating around Act! Premium Cloud. This has been a significant development effort over the prior months and shows an immediate perceived performance improvement. Released: Act! Premium v26.1 - February 5, 2025
Act! Premium v26.1 delivers enhancements to Act! Sidebar for Outlook, including a refreshed design, customizable layouts, and richer customer insights. Streamline workflows by viewing associated opportunities and efficiently creating or editing notes from within Outlook. Act! Premium v26.1 also now allows you to manage your subscription and make purchases from within Act!.
- Enhanced Outlook Sidebar: Revamped design and functionality for the Act! Sidebar in Outlook.
- Improvements:
- Refreshed layout for easier navigation.
- Logical organization of fields and layout customization options.
- Ability to view associated opportunities and manage notes directly.

- Self-Service Account Management: Direct access to MyAccount for account management capabilities.
- End of Act! Connect Link: Removal of references to Act! Connect Link.
- Updated Quick Attach For Clarity: Relabelled "All Contacts" to "All Contacts including BCC" under the "Select which contacts are used for history" setting for better clarity.
