Orange Care - Web Only Users

Please Note: This Orange Care plan is only eligible for APC web only (APC users with Desktop Sync are not eligible)

The Keystroke Orange Care Support Plans are perfect for our Act! teams because they ensure they have the support they need when they need it. Whether break/fix or setup/upgrade, the Orange Care Support Plans deliver support and cost certainty for our customers.

PLEASE NOTE: VIP and Orange Care support plans are limited to Keystroke customers who have purchased Act! or subscribed to Act! from us or are currently Act! hosting customers. Ineligible online purchases will be canceled.

Orange Care details are as follows

• 12 months of unlimited Level 1&2 phone and email support (up to 30 minutes per subscriber/day). Support is defined as phone or email help troubleshooting error messages occurring with installation, upgrades, application configuration, basic usability and functionality. 
• Unlike with Swiftpage Support, Orange Care includes setup and support of supported add-ons, ensuring your entire Act! eco-system is covered
• Orange Care includes Level 1 & 2 Technical Support
• Orange Care also includes a subscription to Act4mail (one activation per user)
• Orange Care excludes Level 3 support, training, development, customization, and business consulting. Level 3 support for more complex questions, repairs, set-up, or troubleshooting issues may require additional charges. Service beyond the daily allotment will require a VIP Plan in place, from which the additional time would be deducted. You must be on an Act!  

Keystroke's "OrangeCare Plus"

Orange Care Plus includes all the benefits of our normal Orange Care plans, PLUS one-hour of VIP per user/year to allow customers to get customization, consulting, and project work completed through the course of their OC+ contract year.

• OrangeCare Plus available exclusively to Act! Premium customers who purchased through Keystroke.ca.
• The free software listed above are only valid during term of OrangeCare
• Quantity of OrangeCare must match Act! subscription or perpetual license quantity. Additions to Act! subscription total will require prorated purchase of OrangeCare.
• All support plan purchases are final.
