A separate quotation will be provided after the 2-hour assessment is completed. This VIP SKU is non-renewing and does not impact the customer's normal VIP eligibility.

• Scoping shall be provided for the following services to determine the final Scope of Work (SOW) for quotation purposes:
  • database conversion or repair
  • database import or export
  • scripting or programming work
  • Advanced project work
• No refunds are available if the project is not approved, nor will any credit be applied to the SOW if approved.
• The VIP-Scope SKU cannot be used for other purposes.
