Synchronization Alert

The Synchronization Alert task will send an email reminder when a user’s remote database is due to expire.

1. The General Tab allows you to check which remote databases will be monitored. Assign which user owns the remote database by selecting the remote database and then selecting the user.
   
2. The Auto Fill button attempts to match the database with a user, given that the user’s name is in the database name.
   
3. Enter the number of days before expiration the alerts should start.
   
4. The Email tab allows you to specify the details of your email message. Set the email subject and body.
   
5. You can indicate certain addresses that should be copied on all emails sent (such as the system administrator).
