Mapped Drives vs UNC Path
Keystroke Alerts requires UNC (Universal Naming Convention) paths instead of mapped drives for proper operation.
- In the example below, the driver letter F: is mapped to the shared folder "SharedDocs" on computer named "ACT2009VS"

- When entering the path of the network drive, do not include the mapped drive letter,
