Mapped Drives vs UNC Path

Keystroke Alerts requires UNC (Universal Naming Convention) paths instead of mapped drives for proper operation.

  1. In the example below, the driver letter F: is mapped to the shared folder "SharedDocs" on computer named "ACT2009VS"
  2. When entering the path of the network drive, do not include the mapped drive letter,

    but rather use the UNC path to the network location.
