Relationship Reports

Keystroke Dash has the ability to report on the Relationship Tab of ACT! 2009 and above.  However, an understanding of how ACT! handles relationships is required to take advantage of this feature.

1. When creating a relationship, the related contact is assigned as Contact 1, and the primary contact is assigned Contact 2.
   
   
2. Relationships are listed under the Relationship Tab if the primary contact is either Contact 1 or Contact 2.
   
   
3. Create the Relationship Dashboard by selecting a Contact Query Panel, and selecting Contacts with Relationships.  In this example, only relationships with Chris Huffman are being selected.
   
   
4. Resulting dashboard matches the Relationship Tab of Chris Huffman (see Step 2 above)
   
5. NOTE: Keystroke Dash will not be able to display all relationships for every contact.
