Opportunity Query
The Opportunity Advanced Query panel (for ACT!2010 and later) reports on all Opportunity Records in the ACT! database using advanced querying. This panel offers pre-built queries to aid in the creation of exception reports. Leave the query blank to return ALL records. The Opportunity Advanced Query filter displays the Dash Advanced Query Designer:

Pre-Built Queries: Opportunities : Returns all Opportunity Records which match the query.
Opportunities linked to Companies: Returns all Opportunity Records which have been associated with Company Records matching the query. If one Opportunity Record has been associated with multiple Company Records, the Opportunity Record is returned multiple times. Query can contain both Company and Opportunity fields. The Opportunity Query Panel will show the Opportunity and Company fields for each record returned.
Opportunities linked to Contacts: Returns all Opportunity Records which have been associated with Contact Records matching the query. If one Opportunity Record has been associated with multiple Contact Records, the Opportunity Record is returned multiple times. Query can contain both Contact and Opportunity fields. The Opportunity Query Panel will show the Opportunity and Contact fields for each record returned.
Opportunities with Custom Tables: Returns all Opportunity Records which have associated Custom Table Records matching the query. Query can contain both Opportunity and Custom Table fields. The Opportunity Query Panel will only show the Opportunity fields.
Opportunities with Histories: Returns all Opportunity Records which have associated History Records matching the query. (History Records must be directly associated with the Opportunity record. Therefore, the results shown here may be different from the results you see on the History tab of the Opportunity Details View.) Query can contain both Opportunity and History fields. The Opportunity Query Panel will only show the Opportunity fields.
Opportunities with Notes: Returns all Opportunity Records which have associated Note Records matching the query. (Note Records must be directly associated with the Opportunity record. Therefore, the results shown here may be different from the results you see on the Notes tab of the Opportunity Details View.) Query can contain both Opportunity and Note fields. The Opportunity Query Panel will only show the Opportunity fields.
