Group Query
The Group Advanced Query panel (for ACT!2010 and later) reports on all Company Records in the ACT! database using advanced querying. This panel offers pre-built queries to aid in the creation of exception reports. Leave the query blank to return ALL records. The Group Advanced Query filter displays the Dash Advanced Query Designer:

Pre-Built Queries: Groups: Returns all Group Records which match the query.
Groups with Custom Tables: Returns all Group Records which have associated Custom Table Records matching the query. Query can contain both Group and Custom Table fields.
Groups with Histories: Returns all Group Records which have associated History Records matching the query. (History Records must be directly associated with the Group record. Therefore, the results shown here may be different from the results you see on the History tab of the Group Details View.) Query can contain both Group and History fields.
Groups with Notes: Returns all Group Records which have associated Note Records matching the query. (Note Records must be directly associated with the Group record. Therefore, the results shown here may be different from the results you see on the Notes tab of the Group Details View.) Query can contain both Group and Note fields.
Groups with Opportunities: Returns all Group Records which have associated Opportunity Records matching the query. (Opportunity Records must be directly associated with the Group record. Therefore, the results shown here may be different from the results you see on the Opportunity tab of the Group Details View.) Query can contain both Group and Opportunity fields.
Groups without Custom Tables: Returns all Group Records which do not have any associated Custom Table Records matching the query. Query can only contain Custom Table fields.
Groups without Histories: Returns all Group Records which do not have any associated History Records matching the query. (History Records must be directly associated with the Group record. Therefore, the results shown here may be different from the results you see on the History tab of the Group Details View.) Query can only contain History fields.
Groups without Notes: Returns all Group Records which do not have any associated Note Records matching the query. (Note Records must be directly associated with the Group record. Therefore, the results shown here may be different from the results you see on the Notes tab of the Group Details View.) Query can only contain Note fields.
Groups without Opportunities: Returns all Company Records which do not have any associated Opportunity Records matching the query. (Opportunity Records must be directly associated with the Group record. Therefore, the results shown here may be different from the results you see on the Opportunity tab of the Group Details View.) Query can only contain Opportunity fields.
