KPI View
Key Performance Indicator (or KPI) views are only available on Activity, History, Opportunities and more. They are totals of predefined categories for each user (or Record Manager) over the selected date range. Below is the new of KPI in Topline Dash


In Dash there are enhanced features allowing you to customize your KPI even further.

3. Both versions of the KPI allow you to select what you want to display in the left column. The advanced KPI allows you to add in the Top row.
4. A new example preview will show you what your KPI will look like if it is a simple or a complex KPI Activity KPI categories
- Totals of ALL defined Activity Types (i.e. # of Calls, # of Meetings, etc.)
History KPI categories
- Totals of ALL defined History Types (i.e. # of Calls Completed , # of Meetings Held, etc.)
