Manual SQL Query

The Manual SQL Query panel  (for ACT!2010 and later) allows the advanced user or ACT! Certified Consultant to manually enter their own SQL query via the ACT! OLEDB 2.0 provider.  Available tables and fields are listed in the right hand window.

Few features of the Manual SQL query:

• Any entity (Contact, Company Group, Custom Sub Entity, Activity, History, Opportunity) can be used.
• Entities must be manually joined together.
• Only the List View is supported, not KPI or Graphs.  Fields listed after the SELECT statement will be used in the display.
• Calculation fields are available.
• No right click options are available.
• Keystroke cannot ensure the compatibility or funcationality of queries or the ACT! OLEDB provider.
• Keystroke offers paid support for the creation of complex SQL queries.
